How does Nebula AI install AIOS?

We start with a one-week, paid AI Diagnostic that maps how your business runs and ends with one fixed price. Then we write your Business Brain, build Digital Employees in review mode so your team approves their work, go live with clear rules, and hand everything over with training and documentation.

AI Diagnostic

  • We interview you and the people who carry the load, and we look at the tools you already use. We map where the time goes and where Digital Employees fit. We agree the targets the build has to hit. You get one fixed price in writing.
  • What you get: a written map of your business, a ranked list of what to build first, and the price.

Business Brain

  • We write down how your company works: services, prices, rules, tone, and who approves what. Your team checks it. Every Digital Employee will work from it.
  • What you get: your company's knowledge in one place, owned by you.

Build, in review mode

  • We connect your first Digital Employees to your tools. For the first weeks, they draft and your team approves. Nothing goes to a client until a person has said yes.
  • What you get: Digital Employees doing real work, with your team checking every step.

Go live, with rules you set

  • When your team is happy, we let each Digital Employee act alone on the routine work. Anything outside the rules still waits for a person. The Command Center shows what ran and what's waiting.
  • What you get: repeated work off your team's plate, with the judgment calls still in their hands.

Hand over, then keep improving

  • We train your team and document everything, so you could run it without us. If you want, we stay on a monthly plan to improve it and add Digital Employees as you grow.
  • What you get: a system you own and understand, and the option to keep building.

The controls that stay in place

  • Approval rules. You decide what each Digital Employee can do alone. Start strict. Loosen it as trust builds.

  • An activity log. Every message sent and every record changed shows in the Command Center.

  • An off switch. Any Digital Employee can be paused at any time.

  • Access you control. Each Digital Employee only sees the tools and records its job needs. You can remove access whenever you like.

How long it takes

  • Your first Digital Employee: live 1 to 2 weeks after the Diagnostic.

  • A full department: 4 to 6 weeks.
